We publish our own commercial software in addition to the systems we build for clients. Each product below is developed in-house, hosted on infrastructure we operate, and supported by the engineers who wrote it.
MealiePro
Practice management for nutrition professionals.
MealiePro is our principal commercial product. It gives a nutrition practice a single system for the whole client relationship, replacing the spreadsheets, document folders and message threads that practices otherwise accumulate.
The platform has two faces. Practitioners work in a professional portal; their clients get a separate portal of their own, seeing only their own plan and their own records.
Meal planning
A structured library of ingredients and prepared items with nutritional data, composed into multi-day plans and assigned to clients over defined date ranges.
Scheduling & assessments
Appointment booking against practitioner availability, plus custom questionnaires that practices design once and assign repeatedly.
Progress & messaging
Weight, measurement and photo tracking, daily food logging, wellness task check-ins, and secure in-app messaging between practice and client.
Platform
Business platforms and utility applications.
Beyond MealiePro we develop customer relationship and resource planning platforms for organisations in other sectors, together with smaller utility applications that solve a single operational problem well.
These share a common foundation: strict multi-tenant separation so that one organisation's data is never reachable from another, configurable roles and permissions rather than fixed user types, and an auditable record of what changed and who changed it.
Deployments are operated by us — provisioning, migrations, monitoring, backups and restores included — so that a customer's obligation ends at using the software.
Mobile
Mobile applications.
Mobile applications for our products are published on the Apple App Store and Google Play with Systemfy Infotech as the developer of record. They are companion clients to the platforms described above: a person signs in with the account their practice or organisation issued them and works against the same records they see on the web.
Every application we publish is covered by the privacy policy and terms of use on this site, and supported through the channels listed on the support page. Requests to delete an account and its associated data are handled through the same route, and are described in full in the privacy policy.
